Keep Your Eyes on the Prize


It’s very true that it is easy to get discouraged when we look at how far we have yet to go. Maybe you lost 30lbs, but you are still thinking about the 50lbs you still have to lose and it seems like you still have so far to go. Stop that! Celebrate each pound lost, each time you can do an extra push-up, each time you say no to eating simply because you are bored, and every new accomplishment you make on your diet and fitness routine. Each little accomplishment is helping you get one step closer to your goal. So look at how far you have come and how you have changed, and celebrate that 🙂
