Nutrition is just as Important

Working out is great to get toned, and can help speed up your metabolism as you build more muscle, but that is only half of the battle. You can have a lot of muscle tone and never see it because it’s covered by fat. You have to clean up your diet in order to reach the goals you have for yourself and maintain once you reach your goal. Let’s face it, most of us cannot run long enough to burn off a giant steak with fries and a brownie ice cream sundae 😉
